Integer Software is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate and convert leads through professional networks, freelancing platforms, outbound sales, and B2B lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and engage potential clients via LinkedIn, freelancing marketplaces, email outreach, and direct sales.
  • Bid on freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Clutch, etc.), write compelling proposals, and close deals.
  • Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and client meetings to understand business needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance outreach strategies and optimize lead conversion.
  • Utilize CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and analyze performance.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging market opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 1 – 2 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or lead generation.
  • Proven success in client acquisition via professional networks, freelancing platforms, and outbound sales.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools & lead generation platforms (Apollo.io, Hunter.io, etc.).
  • A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
