Job Overview:

We are looking for an Upwork Bidder to join our dynamic team at Integer Software. This remote position requires an individual who is proficient in identifying and bidding on relevant projects on Upwork to expand our client base and secure new business opportunities. The role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to understand client requirements and effectively present our capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify Projects: Search and identify suitable projects on Upwork across various categories.
  • Prepare Proposals: Craft customized proposals based on client needs, highlighting Integer Software’s expertise.
  • Client Communication: Engage in client conversations, negotiate terms, and address queries in a timely manner.
  • Track Bids: Monitor and manage ongoing bids, ensuring timely follow-up and updates.
  • Work Closely with Sales/Operations Team: Collaborate with internal teams to understand service offerings and deliver project-specific information.
  • Maintain Upwork Profile: Keep the company profile updated to attract clients and present Integer Software in the best light.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience with Upwork or other freelancing platforms.
  • Strong proposal writing skills.
  • Ability to engage clients effectively and understand their needs.
  • Basic knowledge of software development and technology services offered by Integer Software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
